The XA Pro Carbon is the lightest wheel system in its category 1490g for 27.5. So you know it helps you climb and accelerate faster, but where it really shines is in the way it handles rough and challenging terrain. Mavic engineered a wide 26mm hookless rim profile that’s fully UST Tubeless compliant for improved traction, puncture resistance and ease of use. These asymmetric rims are fine-tuned to optimize spoke tension and they use 24 double-butted steel spokes to find the sweet spot between lateral stiffness and vertical compliance. Hubs are 6-Bolt only and compatible with standard 100/142 thru axles.

The Quest Pro 27.5 inch folding tire from Mavic designed as an rear specific tire. The Quest Pro folding bead is for Enduro style riding made from a dual compound rubber giving good traction to the tire but keeping rolling resistance low. The tire has an aggressive center knob pattern giving better braking and rolling efficiency, the high side knobs give better grip when cornering hard. This also helps the tire to clear mud from the tread. The Quest Pro folding bead also feature Mavic’s guard 2 to protect against punctures. The Tire is tubeless ready. Tire weight is 780 g for 2.4 inch.
