The Wolf Tooth Dual-Bolt Seatpost Clamp is a solution for seatposts that slip. The lower clamp secures the frame, while the upper clamp secures the seatpost. The two clamps working together ensure that a seatpost will not slip.
At the heart of this seatpost collar are our custom self-aligning bolts and anchors. The M5 bolts includes spherical washers and mate with cylindrical anchor barrels. This means that threads are always perfectly aligned, preventing binding, and ensuring consistent clamping force.
Machined from 6061 aluminum in our Minneapolis facility, the Wolf Tooth Dual-Bolt Seatpost Clamp is available in three sizes.
31.8mm/32mm seat tube for 27.2mm seatpost
34.9mm/35mm seat tube for 30.9mm seatpost
34.9mm/35mm seat tube for 31.6mm seatpost
Frames may vary slightly from the nominal diameters due to tolerances and paint thickness. Clamps will fit on frames that are within +/.5mm of specified size. For example, a 34.9mm clamp will fit frames with a seat tube measuring from 34.4mm to 35.4mm in diameter
Not compatible with older Ibis carbon bike frames that use a proprietary curved seat collar. Compatible with new carbon Ibis frames that use a conventional seat post clamp including Ripley V5, Ripmo V3, DV9 V2 and HD6
